摘要：Płeć jest kategorią coraz bardziej podejmowaną w pedagogice na terenie Polski. W tym artykule zostanie przedstawiony problem tworzenia "kapitału płci" studentów w procesie edukacyjnym i zostanie pokazany mechanizm reprodukcji kulturowej i jego społeczne implikacje dla funkcjonowania mężczyzn i kobiet. Szkoła jest miejscem, w którym socjalizacja wzmacnia role społeczne - w tym role stereotypowo przypisywane kobietom i mężczyznom. Szkoła zwiększa i egzekwuje poczucie przynależności danej osoby do określonej płci, ale jednocześnie może być miejscem negocjacji znaczenia płci. Artykuł odwołuje się do teorii społecznej Pierre'a Bourdieu, w której szkołę można opisać jako dziedzinę społeczną, gdzie następuje reprodukcja porządku społecznego pod względem płci. Role związane z płcią w przestrzeni szkolnej realizowane są poprzez formalny i ukryty program nauczania, podręczniki oraz oczekiwania i zachowania nauczycieli skierowane do studentów płci męskiej i żeńskiej. Autor odnosi się do tych zagadnień, wskazując na główne badania socjopedagogiczne. Socjalizacja do "normalnych" ról płciowych jest traktowana przez szkolny system jako proces pożądany i pozytywny, mimo że niesie ze sobą negatywne konsekwencje w postaci zjawisk takich jak dyskryminacja i seksizm. 其他摘要：Gender is a category more and more frequently encountered in Polish pedagogical research. This paper will present the problem of generating students’ “gender capital” in the educational process and will demonstrate the mechanism of reproduction and its social implications for the functioning of men and women. School is the place where socialisation intensifies the social roles, including the roles stereotypically attributed to women and men. School reinforces the individuals’ sense of belonging to a particular gender, but it can also be a place of negotiating the meaning of gender. The article refers to Pierre Bourdieu’s social theory, in which a school can be described as social field where the reproduction of the social order in terms of gender takes place. Gender roles in the school space are established through the formal and a hidden curriculum, textbooks and teachers’ expectations and behaviour towards male and female students. The author refers to these issues, pointing to major socio-pedagogical studies. Socialisation into “normal” gender roles is treated by the school system as a desirable and positive process, despite the fact that it carries with it negative consequences in the form of discrimination and sexism.
