  • 摘要:Il paper presenta un progetto, per un quartiere della Città di Iquitos, sviluppato a partire da ricerche della Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú grazie al programma di interscambio del Centro Interuniveristario de Desarollo Academico. L’interesse del caso-studio risiede nelle condizioni di stress ambientale alle quali è sottoposta una parte del quartiere per le variazioni stagionali del livello idrometrico del fiume che lo attraversa. In questa situazione, gli abitanti hanno messo a punto spontaneamente strategie insediative resilienti, non in grado, tuttavia, di far fronte ai gravi problemi igienico-sanitari presenti. Il paper mostra come proporre, in tali circostanze, soluzioni progettuali adattive, rispettose delle logiche di intervento locali e quindi facilmente riproducibili.
  • 其他摘要:This paper presents a design for a district of the city of Iquitos, developed based on research by the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and supported by the Centro Interuniveristario de Desarollo Academico exchange programme. The case study’s interest is in the conditions of environmental stress to which the district is subject due to seasonal variations in the water level of the river that runs through it. Under these circumstances, the inhabitants have spontaneously developed resilient settlement strategies which, however, are not sufficient to deal with the serious health and sanitary problems that exist there. The paper demonstrates how, in such situations, it is possible to propose adaptive design solutions which are in keeping with local practices and therefore easily reproducible.
