摘要：L’articolo focalizza l’attenzione sulle moderne formule di utilizzo degli ambienti lavorativi derivanti dalla sharing economy. L’affitto breve, nato principalmente per far fronte a esigenze di tipo residenziale, negli ultimi tempi ha infatti visto lo sviluppo di domanda sempre più crescente di spazi di lavoro condivisi e temporanei. Una breve descrizione degli sviluppi dell’ultimo secolo introduce all’analisi tesa ad approfondire le caratteristiche delle modalità di utilizzo temporaneo ad oggi maggiormente diffuse e all’illustrazione dell’esempio di progettazione smart living Eco System Temporary House.
其他摘要：The article focuses on the modern formats of working space use deriving from the sharing economy. The short rent, created mainly to cope with residential needs, has in fact recently seen the development of increasingly growing demand for shared and temporary work spaces. A brief description of the developments of the last century introduces the analysis aimed at investigating the characteristics of the main temporary use methods. Also illustrates the example of smart living design Eco System Temporary House.
