摘要：Рассмотрены фазовые, этапные и предложенный комбинированный (концептуально-фазовый) подходы к описанию процессов развития современного менеджмента. Показано, что концептуально-фазовый подход к описанию процессов развития современного менеджмента является наиболее перспективным, поскольку отражает эволюцию концепций развития современного менеджмента, изменяющихся по закону спирали в рамках динамики технологических укладов, и позволяет прогнозировать перспективы развития концепций менеджмента.
其他摘要：Phase, milestone and proposed combined (conceptual-phase) approaches to describing the development processes of modern management are considered. It is shown that the conceptual-phase approach to describing the development processes of modern management is the most promising, since it reflects the evolution of modern management development concepts that change according to the spiral law within the dynamics of technological patterns and allows forecasting the development prospects of management concepts.
