摘要：Рассмотрены современные проблемы и перспективы развития мирового рынка энергетических ресурсов. На основе «Энергетической стратегии России на период до 2030 года» проанализированы перспективы ее реализации в части транспортировки энергоресурсов: с позиций традиционного SWOT-анализа (с выделением внешних рыночных возможностей, внешних угроз, внутренних сильных сторон и внутренних слабых сторон, сдерживающих повышение эффективности использования энергоресурсов при их транспортировке); с позиций матрицы BCG, с позиций матричной модели Мак-Кинси DPM, с позиций модели стратегии снабжения (закупок) по матрице П. Кралича (с выделением стратегических, базовых, некритических и проблемных транспортируемых энергоресурсов).
其他摘要：The current problems and prospects of development of the world market of energy resources are considered. On the basis of the «Energy Strategy of Russia for the period up to 2030», the prospects for its implementation were analyzed in terms of energy resources transportation: from the standpoint of the traditional SWOT analysis (with emphasis on external market opportunities, external threats, internal strengths and internal weaknesses that hinder the increase in energy efficiency during their transportation); from the standpoint of the BCG matrix, from the standpoint of the McKinsey DPM matrix model, from the standpoint of the supply strategy (procurement) model for the P. Kralich matrix (with emphasis on strategic, basic, non-critical and problematic energy resources being transported).
