摘要：В работе исследованы причины увеличения числа обанкротившихся фирм. Анализируется роль внешнего управления для фирмы. Рассматриваются положительные и отрицательные стороны внешнего управления, а также способы выведения фирмы из кризисного положения. Приведена статистика внешнего управления в Российской Федерации.
