摘要：В статье раскрыто значение и сформулированы направления повышения качества корпоративного управления для эффективного решения задачи структурных изменений в экономике посредством приватизации крупных государственных активов. Показано, что оценка (самооценка) качества корпоративного управления заключается в определении степени соблюдения принципов, закрепленных Кодексом корпоративного управления. Приводятся наиболее распространенные в практике крупных компаний с государственным участием примеры недобросовестного исполнения требований этих принципов. В заключение указывается на необходимость активного участия представителей экспертного и научного сообщества в практике эффективного внедрения положений Кодекса корпоративного управления в акционерных обществах с государственным участием для повышения их инвестиционной привлекательности в ходе подготовки к приватизации.
其他摘要：In the article the importance and formulate ways to improve corporate governance to effectively address the problem of structural changes in the economy through the privatization of large state-owned assets. It is shown that the evaluation (self-evaluation) the quality of corporate governance is to determine the degree of compliance with the principles enshrined Corporate Governance Code. It is the most common practice in large companies with state participation, examples of unfair performance requirements of these principles. In conclusion points to the need for the active participation of representatives of the expert and the scientific community in the practice of effective implementation of the provisions of the Corporate Governance Code in the joint-stock companies with state participation to increase their investment attractiveness in preparation for privatization.
