摘要:The article presents the configurations of the school culture of a civilian military school that serves high school, in Cuiabá-MT. It is a qualitative and descriptive study that had as research instruments documentary sources, observations and semi-structured interviews. The discussions are based on socio-anthropology on the challenges of school and high school when attending young people; how school culture deals with youth diversity; how the pedagogical project is linked to the students' life contexts. It was understood that the life projects of “young students” are marked by uncertainties in relation to their proximity to adulthood and the end of their studies and the importance of investigating the relationships between young people, school and high school.
