摘要:The study seeks to analyze the dimension of autonomy as one of the guiding theoretical-methodological elements of extension projects in popular education. We sought to ascertain the understanding of extension students about autonomy at work, in practice settings and to identify whether autonomy is presented as one of the fundamental categories. The study is characterized as a qualitative research. It was inferred that, within the scope of the extension project, there is stimulation to the development of the autonomy of the students, but it is still necessary to advance in some aspects to promote this dimension more satisfactorily, especially with regard to its promotion in the community.
