摘要：El objetivo de este artículo es estudiar la dinámica del empleo industrial en los territorios rurales catalanes desde el inicio de la depresión económica en 2008 y averiguar qué elementos explican la mayor o menor resiliencia de las comarcas rurales frente a las crisis. Para ello se hizo un análisis shiftshare y una aproximación cualitativa a partir de discusiones de grupo (focus groups) realizados en tres comarcas rurales previamente seleccionadas. Los resultados muestran vectores relevantes para comprender el comportamiento dispar del empleo y que nos han permitido formular líneas de actuación para favorecer una mayor resiliencia en las zonas rurales.
其他摘要：This paper presents a study of the dynamics of industrial employment in the Catalan rural territories since the beginning of the economic depression of 2008, seeking to determine which elements explain the greater or lesser resilience of different rural regions to the crisis. Two different methods were used: a shift-share analysis for all the Catalan regions and a qualitative analysis using focus groups carried out on a selection of three rural regions. The results reveal some significant elements for understanding the different behaviour of employment in the rural areas and they allow us to formulate some general lines of intervention aiming at favouring a greater resilience in these areas.
