摘要：A literatura científica das últimas décadas evidencia investigações sobre os impactos biopsicossociais negativos da violência conjugal. Com intuito de erradicar este problema, iniciativas interventivas fazem-se primordiais. Intervenções com os homens agressores são mais recentes na literatura quando comparadas às iniciativas direcionadas às mulheres vítimas, especialmente estudos sobre protocolos. Partindo disso, este artigo objetivou revisar sistematicamente intervenções com homens acusados de violência por parceiro íntimo (VPI). Método: revisão sistemática baseada nos critérios de qualidade P referred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews (PRISMA). Dos 879 estudos encontrados inicialmente, foram analisados 12 artigos, publicados entre setembro de 2013 e setembro de 2018, em três bases de dados distintas ( PubMed/ NLM, SciELO e Scopus ) . Resultados: os artigos selecionados demonstraram resultados positivos referentes a efetividade das intervenções em grupo com a população descrita, sobretudo no que se refere à diminuição da reincidência de processos relacionados à VPI. Conclusão: os resultados das intervenções realizadas possibilitaram o levantamento dos principais eixos temáticos a serem trabalhados com essa população, incluindo motivação para mudança, distorções cognitivas, habilidades interpessoais, entre outros. Os estudos também ressaltam a efetividade de intervenções na população proposta, levantando a necessidade de que se continue aprimorando-as.
其他摘要：Last decade’s literature stresses the investigations on the biopsychosocial impacts of intimate partner violence. Intervention initiatives are primordial to eradicate this serious problem. Interventions with male offenders are more recent in the literature when compared to initiatives directed to women victims, especially studies on interventional protocols. Thus, this article aimed to systematically review interventions with men accused of Intimate Partner Violence (IPV). Method: Systematic review based on the reporting items from Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews (PRISMA). Of the 879 studies initially found, we analyzed 12 articles, published from September 2013 up to September 2018, in three different databases (PubMed/NLM, SciELO and Scopus). Results: The selected articles showed positive results regarding the effectiveness of group intervention with the described population, mainly regarding the lowering rates of recurrence of IPV. Conclusion: the results of the interventions carried out made it possible to survey the main thematic axes to be worked with this population, including motivation for change, cognitive distortions, interpersonal skills, among others. The studies also highlight the effectiveness of interventions in the proposed population, raising the need to continue improving them.
