摘要:This publication introduces a linked spatial data infrastructure currently tested at the German National Agency for Cartography and Geodesy. This linked spatial data infrastructure is part of a data format-centric approach to semantically uplift and downlift, i.e. integrate and enrich heterogeneous geospatial data and at the same time providing the opportunity to save provenance and data quality information. In this publication, the process of initial data selection, selection of resources for performing data enrichments, the semantic uplift and downlift process under different circumstances and finally a dynamic data quality assessment component prequalifying the usefulness of the given datasets for different use cases is presented. The goal is to transform the purpose of a spatial data infrastructure from being mainly an infrastructure to serve geospatial data to become a broker of information of different sources of geospatial data, in order to improve the usefulness of geospatial data for more use cases, to increase its visibility and to foster its potential to interlink to different other datasources.
