摘要：Nous présentons ici un dispositif d’initiation aux instruments bureautiquesetaux outils decommunication à distance misen place de novembre 2017 àavril 2018 dans uneassociation parisienneaccueillant desadultes migrantschinois peu communicantsen français. Danscecontexte, nousavons souhaitétirer profit del’engouement desapprenants pour le numérique pour favoriser lacommunication et les interactions dans desespaces sociaux francophones,en ajoutantau programmeinitialla publication de messages sur des sites duWeb social. C’est le bilan decetteformation hybride que nous présentons dansceretour d’expérience, dans un contexteassociatif où lesapprenants découvraientàlafois l’approchecommunicativeet actionnelle,et l’objectif d’autonomielinguistiqueet numérique.
其他摘要：Theaimofthis feedback is to presenta digitalliteracy programwhich has been running since November 2017 untilApril 2018 in a Parisian organization that welcomesadult Chineseimmigrants with poorcommunication in French. In thiscontext, we wanted to takeadvantage ofthe keen interest thesetoolsarousein this type ofaudienceto encouragecommunication in a French-speaking environment online, by adding reading and writing tasks on socialweb sites to the original program. We present thesummary ofthese blended courses in an organizationalcontext where learnersexperienced for thefirst timeacommunicativeand action-oriented approach and theaimofacquiring linguisticand digitalautonomy.
