摘要：Okul yöneticileri ile okulda çalışan öğretmenler arasında yaşanan iletişim sorunları, okulun amaçlarının gerçekleştirilmesini engellemekte ve örgütsel işleyişi olumsuz yönde etkilemesi sonucunda birçok sorunun ortaya çıkmasına neden olmaktadır. Okul ve kurumlarda iletişim sürecini başlatan ve iletişimin nasıl olacağını belirleyen kişi okul yöneticisidir. Okul yöneticilerinin kişisel özellikleri arasında yer alan iletişim becerileri, okulun iletişim süreçlerini belirlemekte ve çalışanların okuldaki davranışlarını etkileyebilmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilkokul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin iletişim becerilerinin düzeylerini ve ilkokullarda görev yapan yönetici ve öğretmenlerin iletişim durumları ve iletişim sürecinde yaşadıkları sorunları belirlemektir. Çalışma grubu Konya ili Selçuklu ilçesindeki ilkokullarda görev yapan 6 yönetici ve farklı branşlardan 14 öğretmendir. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi tekniğiyle çözümlenmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgulara göre yönetici ile öğretmenler arasındaki iletişimin okul ortamını etkilediği belirlenmiştir.
其他摘要：Communication problems between school administrators and teachers prevent the realization of the objectives of the school and affect the organizational functioning negatively and cause many problems to arise. The purpose of this research was to determine the level of communication skills of primary school administrators and teachers, and the communication status of the administrators and teachers working in primary schools and the problems they encounter during the communication process. The person who starts the communication process in schools and institutions and determines how communication will be is the school administrator. Communication skills, which are among the personal characteristics of school administrators, determine the communication processes of the school and affect the behavior of the employees at school. The study group consisted of 6 school administrators and 14 teachers working in primary schools in Selçuklu district of Konya. The data were collected using a semi-structured interview form. Four questions were asked to the administrators and three questions to the teachers. The interviews were recorded and transcribed verbatim. Each research question was regarded as a theme. The communication status of the school administrators and teachers participating in the research and the communication problems they experienced, what the solution methods were, were asked. One-to-one interviews with each participant lasted about an hour and a half.
