摘要:Âlimlersünnetin, teşride (hüküm koyma) hüccet olduğu, sıhhati sabit olan kısmının tamamına tabi olunması gerektiği ve İslâm şeriatında Kur’an’dan sonra ikinci kaynak olduğu konusunda icma etmişlerdir. Bundan dolayı âlimler en büyük gayretlerini sünnet için sarf etmiş ve hadisin zabtını sağlayan kurallar koymuşlardır.
其他摘要:This paper sheds light on the reasons of the narrator’s inconsistency in (narrations) verification as highlighted in some issues such as (narrator’s) inattentiveness, confusion, inconsistent transmission, text manipulation in the narrators’ books by the scribe [copier], the trustee [book keeper], the son, the neighbor, or disregarding the book (by the author narrator),...etc. such issues may result in many types of Hadith such as the Good Hadith, Irregular (unpopular) Hadith, Inverted (Maqlub) Hadith, Musahhaf Hadith (reported from books), Mudraj Hadith [includes words from the prophet and the narrator),...etc. In addition, highlighting such issues may also clarify the concept of Verification for Hadith Scholars, it’s types, and means of attainment. The study concluded that. Verification is a major pillar of Narration, and that inconsistency in verification mostly renders the narration unverifiable. This, in turn, emphasizes the scrutiny of Hadith Scholars in critiquing the Verification of Narrators to protect the Prophetic Traditions.
