摘要：En los segmentos emergentes de mercado se ha ponderado la estrategia de estimular el desarrollo del turismo en comunidades rurales costeras como paradigma de mitigar las condiciones de marginación y pobreza. El objetivo de la investigación fue identificar los recursos naturales para potenciar el desarrollo sustentable de actividades turísticas en la comunidad de San Marcos del estado de Guerrero. La investigación es cualitativa de carácter descriptivo porque permite delimitar y conocer percepciones de interpretar la actividad turística que proporciona perspectivas, opiniones, actitudes, disposición de ejecutar acciones que mejoren la calidad del entorno. Concretizándose 17 entrevistas a profundidad y dos talleres a personajes clave de la comunidad para recepcionar turistas o visitantes con otras formas de aprovechar sus recursos. Se obtuvo de la comunidad receptora el compromiso de entender nuevos saberes, desarrollar habilidades y concientización para la preservación de sus recursos naturales. La comunidad entiende la pertinencia de aprovechar su potencial turístico sustentablemente. Se implementaron propuestas, compromisos para el bienestar de los involucrados.
其他摘要：In the emerging market segments, the strategy of stimulating tourism development in rural coastal communities as a paradigm of mitigating conditions of marginalization and poverty has been weighed. The objective of the research was to identify natural resources to promote sustainable development in the community of San Marcos in the state of Guerrero for the establishment of sustainable tourism activities. The research is qualitative of a descriptive nature because it allows to delimit and know perceptions of interpreting the tourist activity that provides perspectives, opinions, attitudes and willingness to execute actions that improve the reality of the environment. Specifying 17 in-depth interviews and two workshops with the key figures of the community to receive tourists or visitors with other ways to take advantage of their resources. The commitment of understanding new knowledge, developing skills and awareness for the preservation of their natural resources was obtained from the receiving community. The community understands the relevance of taking advantage of its tourism potential sustainably. They materialized proposals, commitments for the well-being of all involved.
