摘要：Esta investigación tiene como propósito analizar la percepción del bienestar ciudadano y del desarrollo local desde la perspectiva de residzentes y turistas en el municipio de Usiacurí, departamento del Atlántico-Colombia. Para ello, se utilizó un enfoque mixto, se realizaron 400 encuestas y 30 entrevistas a profundidad a los residentes del municipio; también se aplicaron 141 encuestas a turistas con la intención de medir la satisfacción después de su visita al municipio. Los resultados dan cuenta de: a) los turistas se sienten altamente satisfechos con el turismo sostenible, b) la satisfacción de los residentes es fundamental para el desarrollo de la comunidad, c) los altos niveles de satisfacción aseguran una buena relación entre residentes y turistas. Se concluye que la satisfacción con la actividad turística y bienestar ciudadano expresado en calidad de vida son factores determinantes para el impulso de un desarrollo local sostenible.
其他摘要：This research aims to analyze the perception of citizen welfare and local development from the perspective of residents and tourists in the municipality of Usiacurí, department of Atlántico-Colombia. For this, a mixed approach was used, 400 surveys and 30 indepth interviews were applied to the municipality residents; 141 surveys were also applied to tourists with the intention of measuring satisfaction after their visit. The results show that: a) tourists feel very satisfied with sustainable tourism, b) resident satisfaction is essential for the development of the community, c) high levels of satisfaction ensure a good relationship between residents and tourists. It is concluded that satisfaction with tourist activity and citizen welfare expressed in quality of life are determining factors for the promotion of sustainable local development.
