摘要：The main directions of acceleration of realization of Ukrainian economy outstripping development on the basis of activization of innovative parameters have been analyzed. Experience of the advanced countries of the world concerning formation of an innovative infrastructure is considered. On the basis of the analysis the model "basic quadrangle” has been developed as well as the complex of suggestions of its application in Ukraine has been formulated taking into consideration the peculiarities of modern economic situation and expected challenges.
