摘要：Ten years after Romania is passing towards the free market economy,Thomas Friedman exposing in his book Lexus and the Olive Tree the idea of electronic herd defining it as being formed by all those agents with no image who deal with shares,bonds and foreign exchange currency,by standing behind the screen of the computer everywhere in the world,moving with a mouse click money…,negotiating from home through the internet. This electronic herd may be growing but I believe that those who will know how to approach it without identifying with it,namely being innovative,have the greatest chances for success. The entrepreneurial can be a way towards success when you start to be well informed. This paper aims to bring to your attention the importance of developing the rural area to enlightening those who believe in their ideas and wish to get into the entrepreneurial world even into this rural area of our country. The founder of the bio economic theory Nicholas Georgescu Roegen surprises this situation writing The Law of Entropy does not help the economist to say exactly what is going to happen tomorrow,next year or over a couple of years[1]. The same as with ageing of an organism,the Law of Entropy through the economic process is relatively slow but it never ceases.
