摘要：One of the themes that have been approached more and more within the specialised literature is being represented by economic cycles. The analysis of these is very useful in the long term predictions,in finding solutions for the economic raise and for solving the economic crisis. The concept of the green economy has gained currency to a large extent because it provides a response to the multiple crises that the world has been facing in recent years – the climate,food and economic crises,so the importance of greentech innovation. In this paper we intend to bring contributions to the study of the Kondratieff cycles in terms of new techno-economic paradigm.
