摘要:The literature about organizational learning (OL) and knowledge management (KM) is characterized by use of diverse terminology,where these two concepts are often employed but rarely discussed together. Recognizing that no single overarching framework has been proposed to clear up this conceptual confusion,this article proposes a model that integrates OL and KM while establishing a theoretical link between these constructs and performance.
