  • 摘要:Human resources represent an important asset for modern organizations in the context of knowledge based society. The Romanian companies striving for the improvement of their performances have to consider the importance of human resources management field. In the last few years,the transfer process of human resources management practices has been largely discussed at international level. This paper presents a point of view regarding the transfer process as a solution to improve the human resources management practices within local companies. It indicates that the influence of institutional and cultural background of our country should be strongly considered when such a process is discussed. The latest changes in local specific regulations indicate that a company has new possibilities to improve its human resources management practices. We have to mention that such a transfer process will enhance along with the development of more consistent European approach on human resources management practices.
