摘要：This paper presents the issue of transfer the human resources management practices within the Romanian companies. This proves to be a very complex issue. It is necessary to determine what kind of practices can be transferred,under what circumstances and what the best strategies to do this are. Conceiving the best transfer strategies regarding the human resources management practices is not a simple task. Different matters have to be considered.
