摘要：The issue of control has been researched by many authors. Is there anything to add? But the author has found a new side disclosing principles of control as the process of its research and fulfillment – not only as phase of the cycle but as the instrument of future development and improvement of business control. The process in the institutional environment has been considered requiring interdiscipline approach.
