摘要：The components of employees’ motivation system have been examined as well as its capacity dependence on accounting reflection of appropriate measures taking into account the requirements of AS(P) 26 "Employee benefits” has been determined. The expediency of applying employees’ motivation system at an enterprise has been grounded as well as the components of current employees benefits have been determined.
