摘要：Although they have gained important experience in the 20 years following the passage to a market economy,banks remain vulnerable to criminal attacks and are defeated by judiciary errors. On the other had,life shows the impressive number of facets of a bank manager’s responsibility. In addition to all these issues,banks also face numerous dilemmas in the juridical relationships they establish.
