摘要:Food is a customary part of our daily lives, because living means feeding, but it shouldn’t be approached merely as a trivial factor for meeting physiological needs of macro and micro-nutrients,but from a holistic perspective in terms of the social and identity functions and the effects on individual health. In the last decades, through the application of industrial processes such as refining or hydrogenation and the widespread use of feed additives and genetically modified organisms, considered major innovations in food industry,it was created a distance between man and aliments, which systematically transforms into an abyss, culminated with real alimentary crisis,a result of some breakings in natural order. This paper highlights the hazards of food industrialization in the nutritionism era and analises the paradoxes which were appeared in the diet of the modern consumer at the confluence between food science and food industry.
