摘要：Historically information management is connected to specialized information activity spheres – library creating,bibliography,archives. On the basis of these spheres the problems of new documentation were formed,they were connected to new information processing methods and their application in industry. In the middle of the 20th century the understanding of information is connected with technology and electronic data processing and the information activity acquired the status of different systems and was supported by counting center concept.
