  • 摘要:The global economy and its current characteristics are strongly influenced by the development of multinational companies,players increasingly important in the national economy of any country,regardless of its location on the globe. Moreover,human resources management began to be recognized as a determinant factor of success or failure of international affairs.The theoretical or empirical approaches regarding the links between human resources management and overall business strategy in an international context is intensively explored by the specialists in the field. This article aims to analyze some of the influences of the expatriation practices in multinational companies on human resource management: the main reasons for using expatriates and their countries of origin, selection practices,training practices and the success rate of expatriation.
