摘要：Although regional policy is implemented in the EU Member States,the need of a common regional policy arising from the need for greater resources for implementing effective regional policies,resources have not all EU member states the financial argument is a fairly correct. Greece,for example,had to spend in the period '80 - '90,a much larger part of its GDP on state aid than the EU together.
