摘要:Individual career planning defines a complex and customized process,run in parallel on two temporal axes. The management of developing a career management is a challenge to every inidivid because the levers used are not standardized and can be adapted to any employer from the labor market An optimal behavior in short-term career management requires both deep knowledge of active methods for career development and their efficient handling. Professional succes can be ensured by a correct correlation of the individual compatibilities with the values and needs of labor market. Long-term career planning represents a desideratum for the development of basic skills,which are valuable and useful at any level of career. This paper presents the most effective methods for the optimal development of a career.
