摘要:In order to improve maritime human resources recruitment,most crewing and shipping companies implement an internal procedure of recruitment and management of ship’s crew. Based on observations at several crewing companies,this paper presents an example of such procedure meant to ensure that qualified and competent personnel is recruited and all ships in the fleet have crew members understanding their roles,duties and responsibilities and capable of working effectively in teams.
