摘要：Most research on digital economy is being directed towards urban areas and developed economies. A small attention is being granted towards rural area. After documentation in literature of specialization it is being observed that the impact of digital economy on rural environment is being more attentive studied in international literature of specialty and less in the national one. This paper completes the emptiness of information. The impact of Internet services in the rural environment could be huge and will generated new forms of performing typical activities in the new e-way. The paper focuses on the impact of Internet,more generally,of ICT (information and communication technology) facilities,upon the rural economy. The aim of this paper is to highlight the opportunity of electronic environment analyzing some important elements that can stimulate the rural economy.
