摘要：This article reviewed basic ideas of the systems theory and their using in present-day management,presented the basic terms,properties and patterns of the systems in the context of socially oriented management. Analyze the last researches of the management systems,both domestic and foreign scholars. Also this article shows the content of the socially responsible management and sets out its features. Defined and described the main components of the enterprise socially responsible management system. Article highlights the main features of socially responsible management. It is noted that a key factor that determines the existence and internal structure of the management systems in companies is the availability of administrative relations. The relationship of the management and control system management is showed. To implement the methodology of system management in activity of domestic enterprises,which focuses on social responsibility,was done the decomposition of the object with a view to analyze its structure,system quality,features and characteristics of «behavior» of its main components.
