摘要：This is a review of the book “State-of-The-Art Cohousing: Lessons from Quimper Village” by Alexandria Levitt and Charles Durrett with Quimper Village Residents, published in 2020 by Kindle Direct Publishing (ISBN 978-0-945929-05-5, 145 pp.) This is a book about cohousing. To readers, like myself, who are new to this topic, it is a welcome introduction. Chronologically, it is M Durrett’s third major publication in this field, the others being Creating Cohousing. Building Sustainable Communities, written together with Kathryn McCamant in 1988 under a slightly different title and currently in its third edition (cf. McCamant and Durrett, 2011), and The Senior Cohousing Handbook. A Community Approach to Independent Living, initially written in 2005 and now in its second edition (cf. Durrett, 2009).
