摘要：Negotiation is one of the most valuable processes in nowadays life,when there is a high diversity of human and business relationships. This paper aims to highlight the main elements that have to be taken into account in order to apply effective negotiation strategies,as negotiation,even if not something extremely complicated,needs more than intuition in order to obtain better results.
