摘要：Equal opportunities and gender equality are two concepts that refer to two fundamental rights, granted by the European Union. These will be analyzed in this paper in two approaches. One focuses on opportunities in accessing a personal loan, in terms of ‘scoring’ and interest rate strategies. The other emphasizes gender equality and age discrimination in calculating MTPL (Motor Third Party Liability) insurance premiums.
