摘要:Nowadays, the hospitality industry, as other sectors, is characterized by fierce competition, at the level of the hotel company. Some of these companies succeed in facing the competition while others fail. As a result, they increasingly need a new model of tourism policy which influences their competitive position under the current competitive conditions.
