摘要：This article discusses a method of improving the management of the economic sustainability of engineering enterprises through the use of techniques Balanced Scorecard - Balanced Scorecard construction company. Considering the economic sustainability as a system of indicators,dynamically changing under the influence of internal and external factors,the author proposes to use to control the synthesis of a balanced scorecard,which will with minimal impact on the organizational structure of the company to redesign its functional departments to assess and control the production and technical processes to the needs regional and global markets. Implementation of developed generalized Balanced Scorecard to manage economic stability of machine-building enterprises of Ukraine will allow more efficient use of the available resources of the enterprise to improve management efficiency and improve their competitive opportunities both in the domestic and foreign markets.
