摘要：This text is contributed towards the justification of specific methods in development of relations were researched,based on integration of economical subjects. All these subjects state that the perception of intercorporate networks is the means of regulation of changes of relations between corporations. Predicated on scientific clauses the following phrases are coined:"cluster formation","cluster". Assuming the experience in cluterization process of industrial states and domestic corporations one can verify the prospects of cluster integration. In practice management develops major directions of motivational mechanics in association of interactive corporations with a variety of functions and size in a cluster. Creations are shown by foundations.
