摘要：In this scientific article it was elaborated the official data of high technology enterprises in Ukraine "Quasar","Krasyliv Machinery Plant" and the Scientific Park "Kyiv Polytechnic" on the status and nature of their financial performance for the period from 2008 to 2013. The aim is to study the regularities of cycling in the activities of Ukrainian high technology entrepreneurship in the "science-production". Justification manifestations of cyclical economic analysis is based on financial statements indicators studied companies. Analysing part of innovation activity is determined that the cyclical development of knowledge-based entrepreneurship in the "science-production" is the effective functioning of the national innovation and investment system in conjunction Education, knowledge generation and production. Scientific and technical cooperation,as a rule,joint research, the commercialization of technological developments (form:specialization and cooperation), implementation of joint activities. Cyclical patterns appear in the annual business cycle,especially for the subject research is a strong relationship with the education system and science.
