摘要:One of the biggest challenges of the hotel management is the consumer satisfaction. Qualities of the services with customer satisfaction are key factors in the battle for the customer retention. Assuming that customer satisfaction is essential for the successful development of hotel industry in Romania,and through it the Romanian tourism,in this study we aimed to provide a starting point in an area of great interest.
