摘要：All types of organizations,including educational ones,are results-oriented as increasing competition drives them towards achieving performance. Educational system reform has always represented a fundamental issue that concerns many stakeholders. In this respect,the implementation of a results-oriented approach in education demands responsible and efficient leadership. The aims of our paper are to briefly present the school as an educational organization,and to emphasize the relationship between the results-oriented approach and educational leadership. The research type is literature review.
