摘要：The success of any investment activity,the performance and long-term sustainability of the business depend,to the same extent,on a number of fundamental decisions,either individual or collective,of the management team. Each of these decisions has,ultimately,an economic impact on the business. A common element of all the decisions is the fact that they are weighed in economic terms,so a decision,before being taken,is analyzed from the perspective of expected cash benefits,reported to the cash costs involved in this decision.
