摘要：This paper aims to highlight the importance of competition policy for the operation of a free market economy at optimal parameters. Compliance with its provisions by Romanian companies is supervised nationally by the Competition Council,authority whose activity during the period 2012-2015 is analyzed in the frame of the present paper.
