摘要:CRM philosophy is based on the fact that a long term relationship with customers can be one of the most important assets of an organization. CRM uses the Internet to facilitate interaction with the client. The fact that large western organizations are re-evaluated based on their sites makes that the Internet to break into management plans of Romanian organizations too,the benefits of the Internet being already well known. You can organize such databases on customer issues,customerinteraction sites for the company to meet all three client concepts.
