摘要：In a world dominated by incertitude it is necessary to acknowledge the importance of discovering at the right time the risks that affect companies. The aim of the paper is to provide important insights to economic agents concerning theoretical notions about risk and its assessment. It is important for any company to take into account the changes that occur in the environment and due to this a risk management view is necessary. Companies that want to survive the business environment must be ready to evaluate all the time their activity,give important not only to traditional methods but also to modern methods. In the end it depends not on what happens with other companies but only with the company using the methods.
