摘要：In order to take a decision on investments,and entire process of identification,evaluation and selection of projects is assumed,so as to bring major benefits to an organization. The decision on strategic investments demands a series of challenges and involves the most experienced managers of the company within the field of investments;this happens since,on one hand,a wrong decision might be taken,and on the other hand,the company might lose an opportunity that cannot be capitalized anymore in the future. Like this,a company might lose extremely precious resources,as regards its future development or growth. Such a decision,taken in the view of carrying out a strategic investment,emphasizes all the elements of a classical cost – benefit analysis.
