摘要：The paper explores the effects of foreign direct investments on the human capital accumulation in the case of the Romanian economy. Using data for 1995-2010,the study shows that it is strong relation between FDI flow and the share of the tertiary educated people in the population aged 20- 24. This is suggesting that there is a beneficial effect of the FDI flow in the economy,stimulating the demand for a high quality human capital.
