摘要：The employability of graduates is a goal that every government,worldwide,imposes on the University education system. Clearly,the quality of human capital depends on both productivity growth and economic growth which ultimately translate into well-being. In these circumstances,the interest in delivering employable graduates to the labor market is immense and a policy of development based on this objective is legitimate.
